In windows 2003 clusters I believe it was best practice to place the quorum disk on the (Q) drive. (reference:

However as I understand it in Windows 2003 quorum is handled completely differently. (I.E. Node Majority, Node and Disk Majority, Node and File Share Majority, and no majority).
We're building a 4 node SQL cluster so we would likely go for a node and disk majority quorum configuration.
Is it still recommended that the quorum go on a Q drive? Since we are using a disk witness maybe we should be better using an F drive (F for file witness). I'm assuming there are no requirements for drive letters specifically - I'm just looking for recommended best practices.
Thanks
