Where is the best price on a genuine copy of a Vista Ultimate upgrade package?

Allo mates,

I've been using Vista Home Premium with 3GB of ram since I bought my
new HP Media Center back in August.

I think Home premium is great so far. However, it refuses to run
Quickbooks Enterprise, and Act! 2008. Both of which run fine on XP
Professional

It doesn't seem to have the Business and Networking software that I
need. So I have decided to upgrade to "Ultimate" this Friday.

Where can I find the cheapest genuine upgrade to Ultimate?

I don't want any of these rip off companies that sell you something
for little to nothing, but when you go to update your operating
system gets shut down because I don't have a genuine copy.

Sam's Club is selling the "Ultimate Upgrade" for $237.00

I haven't found a genuine copy for less than that.

Is there anyplace cheaper? Or will that likely be the best deal?

Much obliged hombres. :-)

You can upgrade to Ultimate directly from Home Premium for $159 from
Microsoft with the "anytime upgrade" feature. The actual software is already
on your Vista Home Premium disc that came with your computer...you don't
need to physically buy anything else. All the information is at this link:

Enjoy!
