Best way to webcam PC to MAC? Does WLM 2009 work?

Hi. I'm a pc user, and have been using WLM for years and like it (although
the video quality could be a little better). Anyway..a friend may be getting
a macbook pro soon and I was hoping to webcam with him. What is the best way
to webcam (video and audio) between my pc and his mac? Can we use WLM?

No.

From what I've been reading, skype would be good as you suggested. It
appears that I could also use AIM on my PC and he use ichat on the MAC. I
tried skype recently, and didn't like it as much as WLM because I didn't
think the video quality was as good as WLM so maybe I'll try AOL's instant
messanger instead of Skype if he ends up getting the mac.

Hi,

Having tried this myself a few times, I find Skype far superior to what you get in AIM (with
the other end using iChat).
