Bestanden bijwerken

Mijn vraag is, of het noodzakelijk is dat bij iedere keer dat men de
computer opstart de mededeling verschijnt van, Setup werkt de configuratie
bestanden bij.
Zo niet hoe verhelp ik dat. ???

I do not yet understand what you're asking about. Can you provide some more
details about the problem? What makes you think that "Setup" is running each
time that the computer starts? Is there something displayed in the user
interface? ... or in a log file? Which configuration files are updated?
