Beta 2

Hey...

I was wondering when / how the public who signed up for beta 2 will receive
a download link / dvd / etc. I am getting impatient now, as i cannot find
anything

You should receive a email from MS when it becomes available if you signed
up for it. As for how, It has been stated it but I am not sure if it is
fact but it should be available for Download and via ordering it on a DVD.

Kevin, there is no Beta 2. There will only be an April CTP, and further
CTP's in the future until we hit RC0 stage then things are slightly
different.

Neowin and others are not reliable sources, give a Microsoft source.

Is this confirmed that there will be a MSDN CTP release before beta 2? I
have been waiting patiently... Beta 2 still seems a very long way off
still, and 5308 is now very long in the tooth.

But if you're lucky they're may be ) Pretty sure that the April CTP will
be offered out to a wider audience, but not necessarily the public yet.

The Windows Vista Win/FX evangelist came to demo at my company a week
ago and said the April CTP would be available for download "sometime in
April." I didn't get any more detail than that so I am waiting like the
rest of y'all.
