Beta Problems

Is anyone else testing Beta 8.1? I have two issues with this

1) Whenever I log in, it keeps popping up the authorisation window for the
same people, including people already on my list, asking if I want to
authorise them to appear on my list. Despite having given a response last
time, it still asks.

2) It gets a little confused over blocked, I will see a red circle for
block, but click over that user to unblock and the menu option still says
'block' the only way to unblock is to open a chat window and use the unblock
icon at the top.

Is there a cure on the way?

Worse comes to worse, the workaround won't break anything...

Thanks for this Gary, I looked in my registry, but I don't have the POLICIES
key, could this be part of the problem?

Are you sure that you looked in the right place?

Otherwise, if it isn't there, then it would seem that you have a different
issue.
