Have downloaded the 3 necessary updates for the latest Vista Beta refresh 4
days ago, right clicked the cmd script but still don't seem to be getting
the Beta refresh.
Any idea's anyone.

Vista SP1 Issues - Support via Technet (for betas) -

There's a lot of problems posted there, but not a lot of help beyond WAGs.

You need to do two or three updates first and reboot before you get the
official beta refresh download. When you reboot each time make sure you go
to windows update and click on check for updates link on upper left.
