Better junk filter

Windows Mail needs a better junk filter system. It continually blocks people
I have added to both my safe senders list and safe domain list. How can it
do this? It's like it's retarded. If I put someone in the safe sender's
list, Mail should not move it to the Phishing folder. It doesn't even make
sense that personal communication gets moved to the Phishing folder. They
need to take a note from Thunderbird. Mail is nice, but the junk filter is
getting aggraviting. It should be a trainable, more accurate system. Thanks.
