Bicycle Casino 2.0 crashes

Bicycle Casino 2.0 installed properly, but whenever I try to start the
game it crashes immediately after the intro movie. I'm playing this
game under an administrator account in Windows Vista Home Premium. How
can I get the game playing correctly?
