I agree with others it sounds like hardware.
What you could try is downloading and burning a Linux CD - Ubuntu comes
with a good memory test - and you could try that without harming your
Vista installation because it runs entirely from the CD. (Do not choose
Install or use the "Install" icon that will appear".
That may allow you to see other hardware faults too, although you can
probably get a CD burned with just the memory test on it.
If the Linux CD works then maybe it is a driver issue or some update
that caused your problems.

I suggest you run the test then try re seating all cards and memory and
run the test again. That way you will know for sure what happened.
The problem is that the fault may have damaged your Vista install
anyway, but at least you will have some idea of what went wrong
