bios Microsoft 2003 Pocket PC h3970

Hi,
Can somebody supply me the bios upgrade for my pocket PC Ipac (Hewlett
Packard) h3970 version 2003. (not 2002!!!!) Bluetooth, infrared, card
driver etc are out of order.
HP charges ? 230,- Swindle!

Only the device OEM would be able to give you such a thing. Some devices
will have one and some will not, at the whim of the OEM. Contact HP.
Pocket PC devices are *not* like PCs where you can buy the operating system
from anyone and install it. Building the OS requires significant internal
information on the device hardware.
