BITS 2.0 and WINhttp 5.1 (KB842773) constant updates

Im constantly receiving this automatic update "BITS 2.0 and WINhttp 5.1
(KB842773)" and after downloading and installing it sucessfully, i am
prompted to download the same update. I have done this 10 or more times. Do
i need to keep downloading and installing it or do i have a bug.

Temporarily diable your antivirus software and any script blocking
component of it prior to installation, OR, boot to Safe Mode and install
it from there . If you've chosen to temp disable your AV then be sure to
reenable it after the installation and required rebooting is finished.
