bits 2.0 update error

first, i'm not able to write english well...understand me..

i'm using WindowsXP SP1...and today connected MS update site
first...updating "bits 2.0 Service" ..but failed
i tried and tried, but did not succeed..

why did not update "bits 2.0 service"??

i want to reason and soulution...

Download and install BITS 2.0 from here and see if that works
better:

Update for Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS) 2.0
and WinHTTP 5.1 (KB842773)
