I am very sorry you are running into this issue. Could you try uninstalling the
update from one of the Windows 2000 machines? I realize there may be trouble
here, given that the Domain Admin cannot load their profile. Could you instead
try to login with a local administrator account and try to uninstall KB842773?
Let us know if this changes anything for this machine, once you have the update
uninstalled. Does the domain administrator profile load properly again?
