First, you have to find out what OS you are running. Right click on My
Computer and click properties. That will tell you what system you are
running. If its XP, I don't know if you are supposed to have those key or
not. If its Windows 2000, then create the BackUpRestore key and then the
FilesNotToBackup key and it should work.
