BITS Problem

Hi,

I have a problem with BITS that is preventing Windows Update from working
correctly, simply put the service does not start

I have found that in SFC /SCANNOW it tries to fix bitsigd.dll but for some
reasons it can not do it, I also tried to copy the file from a functioning
computer but it can not be copied on the trouble computer

I do not have access to this newsgroup the one that have windowsupdate have
microsoft.public.it.windowsupdate, microsoft.public.jp.windowsupdate, or
microsoft.public.pl.windowsupdate

And I do not understand either of these languages

What did it say about bitsigd.dll in CBS.log?

When I used the NEWS://, it crashed Windows Mail, and the other I can not
get access to it, I get a blank page

I use Vista Ultimate 64, the BITS service does not start when the system
reboot, and when I try to start it manually the status bar get to about 20%
and then it says that the service can not be started, that is all

I tried the bits repair tool even before I did the SFC and it told me that
there was no need for repair at this time
