BITS start error

Hi

as many of u i have this updateing problem when bits isnt runing. to start
with i got the error -2147024894 from BITS. i aded that registry entry

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\BackupRestore\FilesNotToBackup

Then when i ran BITS i got this error .

Could not start the servuce Background Inteligent Service on local machine

Error 2 : Cant find the file

Hi,

Please do the following:

Click Start >> Run >>
Type the follow command in the Open box.
"regsvr32.exe qmgr.dll" (w/o quotes)
Press Ok

You should now get a message saying "DllRegisterServer in qmgr.dll
succeeded."

Repeat the same for the following command:

regsvr32.exe qmgrprxy.dll


See if BITS now starts successfully.
