Bits Update Error 0xD00E4104

Hey all...

Im running Windows XP and tried to run the follwoing through windows update :

Update for Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS) 2.0 and WinHTTP
5.1 (KB842773)

I keep receiving the following error message:

Installation Failure
Error Code: 0xD00E4104

Im not the most technical saavy person so any suggestions on how to fix it
would be appreciated!

An update package that includes BITS 2.0 and WinHTTP 5.1 is available for
Windows Server 2003, for Windows XP, and for Windows 2000:

KB842773 was offered by Windows Update/Automatic Updates or you downloaded
the Hotfix and tried to install it?

Assuming the latter, what problems are you having that you think this Hotfix
would resolve?
