Black screen appearing for 25 sec !

I`m not sure if I should post this thread in this board ..
But I hope you can help me

everytime I try to enter a program that needs administration persmission a black screen appears for 10 sec then the pop up message asking me if I`d like to continue appears I click on continue and then another black screen appears for like 10 sec and then the notebook goes back to normal ..

Any idea how to fix it ? I never had it when I bought the notebook ..

Are you talking about when you get the UAC prompt? If so, and the time
really is 10 sec, you may have installed a video driver that is hanging.
Early nVidia drivers would have problems during UAC. You can turn it off if
you don't want the protection. See help.
