Black Screen with Installation DVD

Hi,
My Vista Ultimate is installed on 500GB Sata HD and I have the complete back
on External USB HD.I Complete Restore my system without any problem.But now I
am having problem.with the installation DVD in drive After (Window is
loading files)
and (moving strips when booting) it wont go to language selection screen.and
stops at black screen.I waited for about 15 minutes nothing happen?
