AFD.sys is a Microsoft driver for winsock. Probably the driver is too
damaged to load.
At this point, you should retrieve any data that didn't make it into your
last backup and clean-install Windows. You can retrieve data even when you
can't boot into Windows by using a Linux Live CD (I prefer Knoppix), a
Bart's PE, or a similar rescue CD. Since you have a laptop, there is
probably a recovery process provided by the laptop mftr. Refer to the
manual or the mftr.'s website for how to restore your computer to factory
condition.
