blank email page

My email page either works for a short time, I can read a few and then when I
try to delete them, the entire page goes blank or when I try to initially
read my emails, the entire page is blank. It started this after I deleted
some cookies, but then I tried to reformat my hard drive thinking that it
would take care of this problem but it hasn't. Help me please!! Thanks.
My home page and emails are all Yahoo. I am using windows 98SE

Hi Carol, not sure if this will help or not but it can't hurt:-

Go to Start
Then select: Run
Type in: regsvr32 inetcomm.dll
Then press Enter.

If the problem persists it may be due to spyware/malware/parasites:
