How to block a contact?

Hello,
I guess something is wrong here:
1. An user add me to the contactlist
2. I get this messagebox, I choose "block this contact"
3. Each day the same user add me again and I get this messagebox each day.
(This happens with two users)

Whats going on here? What is wrong with my settings?

If you're using WLM8.1beta then this is a known bug.
