Block / filter / Spam email with IE 8

Is there a way to block / filter / Spam email with IE 8 on Live Dot Com?

The email comes in every day for Watches but from different very unusual
addresses.

The subject line is always the same, "Rolex Watches"

IE is not an email client, so you can't block email spam in it.
