How to block a group in windows live messenger?

Is there any way to block a group instead a contact in live messenger?

Windows Live Messenger can't do this itself, but a third party program can.
Messenger Plus! Live, http://msgpluslive.net. It's a program I recommend
100% using.

Actually it's not in Plus Live, was in the old Plus though... Unless you mean the Plus
scripts that can sort of duplicate the behavior.
