Sounds like what you need to "block" is the download of WLM, or disable it
on pre-installed systems. It is just a mail handler. The accounts
configured to receive or send mail are set up in it through the "Tools -
Accounts", but they are typical user email accounts from their ISPs, Yahoo,
Gmail, etc. So if you are blocking those access ports, you'll block the use
of those accounts in WLM.
