I have tried to open Adobe photoshop CS3 and keep getting a message that the
..exe file is blocked and that I should go into explorer and unblock it. I
have tried that but it still won't work. The programme was working fine and I
have added nothing to my computer. I am logged on as an administrator, have
tried changing ownership to my logged on name, tried reloading the programme
(which worked for a while but now it is locked again) and it seems the only
way I can use it is to turn off the User Account Control. Any ideas?
