Blocked start up programs

I have blocked a program (Omnipage 12) from the startup as I found that it
prevented IE from running. However, every time I start Vista, I get a message
stating that "Windows has blocked some start up programs". I than have to
manually exit that message. Is there any way of preventing this message from
appearing?

Hello. When that window pops up, put a check in lower
left side where it says dont show this again. Hope
this helps.

Hi Misha,

Take a look at METHOD TWO steps 9 to 12 in this tutorial. It will show
you how to stop that pop-up from msconfig.
