Hi,

I don't know exactly where to post this information and didn't find an
address to communicate such problems to Ms, I'm trying my luck here.

After the latest Windows Vista Updates _after_ August 11th 2007 I installed
on August 25th, Vista randomly crashes with a blue screen and white garbage
pixel blocks on it and immediately reboots. After I removed the updates the
problem is gone. The updates were released after August 11th, the last time I
installed updates, and before August 25th. I'm using an Acer Aspire 5051
AWXMi notebook with 1 GB RAM and a Radeon Xpress 1100 with 64 MB RAM. I also
noticed that the device driver for my eMPIA USB video and audio device
weren't loaded after the updates anymore; after removal of the updates, they
were loaded. I don't know exactly which updates caused these crashes. I also
installed one optional update referring to a vulnerability in ATI Catalyst
installation program. I can provide details about the hardware and software
installed on my system, if it is liked.

Hope this problem can be solved.

With kind regards,

Lars Hansen
