Blue Screen everytime I install SP2

I have attempted to install service pack two several times and everytime it goes to install the 3rd stage of the installation it reboots and I get a blue screen saying that the installation is not complete and it gives a message array: with a bunch of numbers. Then it takes me a week to get Windows up and running again. Any help would be much appreciated.
