blue screen need help !!!!

runing vists ut 32 bit when it came out never had any problems but I did
all the updates sp 2 i.e. 8 now blue screen it would reboot by it self
unstalled sp2 and I.e.8 now it still does it but only when I try to down
load any help !!!!!!!
