Blue Screen, Stop Error: when using a DVD

I have been getting this stop error when I put a DVD in my DVD drive.
If I use a Cd-Rom it works.
Here is the code I have been searching trying to find a solution.
Stop: 0x000000E3 (0x89AF9650,0x88D07D78,0x89E87328,0x00000003)
Please help thank.
