When I try to install SP3 on my computer I got blue screen with 0x0000008e
error code.

I already have all available updates for SP2, and this ocurs after
downloaded all files for sp3.

Note, I already try using sfc /scannow to fix anything wrong with files, and
the issue remain.

Note, I had the beagle virus/worm in the past that disable me the option to
enter in safe mode and took 100% of the system resources, so I took my hard
disk, put it into another computer and made a full scan. It delete around 200
files infected. I am able to use the computer as normal (normal CPU ussage),
but still unable to enter to safe mode because the computer restart by
itself.

Don't bother installing SP3 until you're as certain as possible that the
system has been cleaned up FIRST.
Either bring it to a reputable tech or visit one of these reputable
anti-malware forums. Read the guidelines of the forum of your choice
before posting anything, please:

Installing SP3 will not remove nor undo the damage done by malware.
