You need debugging tools, appropriate symbol files, and enough knowledge
about hex code, system files, and assembly language to understand what you
are looking at. The first two are free to download from Microsoft, the last
one can take years of school and training. If you'd like me to look at your
dump file, send it to rick_at_mvps_dot_org using a subject line of 'per req'
(to get past filters). I might be able to help as I have the tools and at
least some of the knowledge necessary (no one knows everything).
