You are seeing a 'drive translation' error. Something in the DVD driver is
no working as expected. I would run the PowerDVD or WinDVD software again.
You can also try uninstalling the DVD from Device Manager, and 'scan for new
hardware' to refresh that driver. (run devmgmt.msc)
