Do you think you could be a little more helpful. When does it crash. If
you can get to the desktop, go to System Properites/advanced and turn off
automatic restart so you will get a stable blue screen. Post a New Post
with the information on the screen and when and what you are doing when it
crashes.

Hey Bec10--

As John indicates, that informations looks official and when collected at
Redmond it's of help to teams at MSFT. It doesn't help us or MVPs help you.
Some of the blue screen messages are "somewhat" specific and provide varying
degrees of help. Not all of them do, but you can give us a shot. Sometimes
they point the way towards a hardware cause of the BSOD or a sofware cause,
and could be both at times.

One thing is clear. You aren't in a no boot situation, so once you get the
info on the Blue Screen as John suggested, post the main error message in
English words with the numbers after the words.

Thanks. Good luck,

CH

From your spelling and punctuation, you "sound" more like a teenager.

You would "sound" a lot better if you knew the difference between
"your" and "you're".
