Hi,
The file is used for wireless connections. If it's a card, remove it or find
an updated driver file set. If it's part of the system hardware (built-in),
either disable the device or check with the manufacturer for proper
supporting files. Not all devices are going to work properly under Vista at
this point, and sometimes manufacturers are slow to post compatible driver
files.
