bluetooth audio issues on Vista

I can't get my Bluetooth audio to play smoothly on Vista32. I've got a
Dell 370 card. I've tried a variety of updates, including some from MS
and Dell. I currently have a 6.2.0.4600 driver on the 370 card and
6.1.6001.22000 on the enumerator device. Are those the most recent?
Any hotfixes from MS I should install?

Also, since installing the kb942567 the Bluetooth manager asks me to
put in a CD every time it starts up. WTF? It didn't come from a CD to
begin with.
