Bluetooth BtBallon File Missing

After installing a Bluetooth device from IOGEAR I no longer have my Bluetooth
working on my computer from the tray although my Bluetooth keyboard and mouse
still work. At bootup Windows advises that BtBallon was not found and it
closes the Bluetooth program.
