Bluetooth problems since april month update

eversince the cumulative update I had some trouble with my build-in widcomm
bluetooth on my laptop.
My Kensington pilotmouse bluetooth mini stopped working so I've tried
searching for it again and it finds it but during the installation of it, it
tells me that it isn't a HID device. So I updatet the driver for widcomm
bluetooth the only change now is that it doesn't tell me anything anymore and
mouse still isn't working when installing it.
Tried to connect with my mobil phone via bluetooth that doesn't connect
anymore either.
Now all this worked prior to this cumulative update so dunno what they have
done and how to fix this, haven't been able to find anything useful anywhere.
Maybe some of you folks can help me out.
BTW: I can see that the bluetooth icon in system tray do sense bluetooth
activity but it seems like it disconnect again immediately.

I ran an manual windows update, everything works fine again, problem solved.
