The Upgrade Advisor will only tell you what is present but incompatible with
Vista, or is known to cause problems if left in place during an upgrade. It
does not tell you what to replace incompatible items with: you have to find
compatible alternatives yourself.
Vista includes a Bluetooth stack with limited ability.
See
http://aps2.toshiba-tro.de/bluetooth/?page=download for Vista Toshiba
drivers. There are several other Vista compatible Bluetooth stacks. You just
have to search for them.
