Bluetooth transfer wizard won't send files

So recently, my bluetooth transfer wizard won't send files to my phone
I've done it hundreds of times before, but I get a strange erro
whenever I try.
I can still receive files from my phone.
When I load the wizard and tell it I want to send a file, it gives me
list of bluetooth devices, where it used to give me the option to searc
for them.

Anyone else have this issue, or a fix for it? I wanted t
reinstall/update the drivers, but I can't find them.
I think the transfer wizard is fsquirt.exe, but I wasn't sure where t
get the drivers.

Any help please?
