I was looking for info on Photo Gallery, file types and metadata retention
and finally found a Help page that had the details I wanted to find. I would
like to be able to get back to this Help page quickly. I looked at the top
row in Help & Support but did not find a Bookmark This Page. That would be a
good feature to have in the Help files app.

I could just print it out and try to remember where I will file it ... I
could do a screen capture, I guess ... I even tried a right-click thinking
maybe I could do a Save As and perhaps it would save as an .html file ...

Any better suggestions on how to bookmark or get back to a particular Help
file quickly? I am running Vista Ultimate.

Thanks ... vanilla

Open Photo Gallery click on ? in circle, that will give you the help for
photo gallery, maybe you can locate the help pages you had before from there.
At the top of the help you can select to print, but not to save,
unfortunately,

Another option came to mind, if you use the 'Snipping Tool' that give you the
option to 'save'

More,
In "Help & Support" if you type in the headings you mentioned in the 'Search
Box" ie, file type, FG, metedata .... , it will take to the help for those
topic.

I hope the info helps

Hi, Bob ... I thought about taking a screenshot and I have the Snipping Tool
in my Quick Launch bar ... I really like that little app ... I guess, for
now, that might be the best workaround ... I could make a Help files folder
on the desktop and save snippets to it for quick future reference ... thanks
.... vanilla

You could "print" to a pdf file, that way you'd have a searchable document.
There's several free options available too to do this.
