Bookmarks disappeared

After the 14 Windows updates installed yesterday, now all my husband and my
bookmarks are gone. Does anyone know how to get them back? When I click on
the Bookmark button, nothing happens. I am using Yahoo Browser. If I go to IE
get very old bookmarks, but not my current ones.
