Last Friday I chose to update my Window XP. I read the warning that MS would
look at my computer to verify I had a legal copy of XP. I knew it was so I
said ok and did the download and install. When my computer rebooted I now had
a computer with a Windows 2000 Professional OS. Took me awhile to realize my
the update changed my computer to boot to my D: drive instead of my C: drive.
My xp is still on my C: drive. Does anybody know how I can change my C: drive
to be my default boot drive?

Since no one with more experience has answered, let me give my "guess". You
have to change the boot sequence in the BIOS set up. To get to the BIOS,
you have to hit F2, F3, or some other key (or combination), depending on
your exact computer.

Let's hope that as the sun sets, someone with more experience will be able
to add more information.

Good luck.
