I'm afraid I wasn't clear.
"Windows 98" is not included in the BCD file as a system, it only appears in
boot.ini.
I can't remove it from boot.ini because I want the option to boot it from
the XP boot loader.
I want the Vista boot manager to ignore it as a potentially bootable system.
