Boot options with hotkey

Hi, I've 2 partition on the Hard Drive: the first with Vista (active
partition) and the second with WinPE. Actually I can edit the BCD and create
2 menu entries, with a timeout to start Vista if nothing is selected. I'd
need to do the following:

1) disable the menu
2) if a particular key is pressed at boot, boot to the WinPE partition,
otherwise boot to Vista

Does any one know a possible way to do this ?
For instance, the Vista media does this: if you press a key if boots from
DVD, otherwise it boots from Hard Drive.

Thanks.

Massimo.

I tried it, and also EasyBCD, but I didn't find any way to associate an
hotkey to a menu item.
