Open the Event Viewer. Drill down to
Applications and Services Logs => Microsoft => Windows =>
Diagnostics-Performance => Operational
Look at the events in the Task Category "Boot Performance". This will give
the times that different drivers and programs took to load if they are
causing a delay.
