It's something to do with your Lexmark printer.
Quoting the error message might be a good idea if you want help.

Apparently it monitors ink usage etc. for a Lexmark printer. If the message has just started
appearing then a recent software install/update has maybe messed things up.
If you have a Lexmark printer try re-installing the software.
If you have removed a Lexmark printer then remove the registry entry:

Control Panel > Security > Windows Defender > Tools > Software Explorer.
At the top of the left-hand box select Category > Startup Programs
In the left pane find the entry with LXBStime.dll and select it.
Check in the right pane you have got the right entry and then delete.

Not enough detail. Make your reply more than one vague sentence.

Dave - I do not know what you are looking for in a response. I described to
you the event leading up to the error message.

No you didn't. You have said nothing about any event leading up to the error message.
You have said nothing about the make of printer.
You haven't even confirmed you have a printer.
You have said nothing about any recent changes that could trigger an error message.
You can't even be bothered to quote an error message verbatim.

As I had no clue about your printer or whether there is one I gave you two alternatives and you reply with:
"Did not resolve this issue..................."
What did not resolve the issue ?
Which did you try ? Removing the registry entry or re-installing the printer software ?

You are a troll. **** off.
