Rightclick the Command Prompt icon on the start menu, then 'run as
administrator'
Run this series of commands to rebuild your startup.
bcdedit /export C:\BCD_Backup
c:
cd boot
attrib bcd -s -h -r
ren c:\boot\bcd bcd.old
bootrec /RebuildBcd
